Demand Solutions Europe Welcomes Ben Marchington As Head of Information Services
Demand Solutions (Europe) Limited are pleased to announce Ben Marchington as the Head of Information Services. Having worked with the team for 5 years, Ben is now in a position to bring a new level of technical expertise to their services.
Based in the UK, Demand Solutions (Europe) Limited provides a platform to deliver excellence in supply chain planning, execution, documentation, and expense management. Having previously worked as a Database Administrator at a high-end British hi-fi manufacturer and Application Support specialist at one of the world’s largest cruise ship operators, Ben Marchington brings a new level of experience to the position.
Prior to work as the Head of Information Services, Ben has been with Demand Solutions (Europe) Limited for 5 years. With a wealth of technical experience across many varied industries and applications, he will serve in a variety of responsibilities, including enabling the 24/5 support of international customers.
Other duties that Ben will take on as the Head of Information Services include advising customers on best practices regarding their IT architecture and offering customisation of the Demand Solutions applications over time. Further responsibilities include joining the senior management team to advise the board on strategic investments and build the Information Services team in line with SCP’s growth objectives and delivery of SaaS-based systems. Ben’s objectives also include ensuring that Demand Solutions and Supply Chain Precision, live up to their mantra of continually improving internal processes.
